The KALAFULL Founding 200: Who They Are and What They Get
The Founding 200 are the first 200 customers. They get something specific. The community is the brand. Here's what membership actually includes and why we built it.
The Founding 200 are the first 200 customers to order a KALAFULL shirt. They are not a marketing segment. They are not an email list with a name attached to it. They are the people the brand is built around — and what they get is specific, named, and real.
The community is the brand. If you want to understand what KALAFULL is, look at the Founding 200. That's who we built this for.
What The KALAFULL Founding 200 Membership Actually Includes
The Founding 200 get a signed certificate of membership — a physical document acknowledging that they were among the first two hundred people to back KALAFULL before the brand had proven anything.
They get their name on a permanent roll of honour on the KALAFULL site, which stays there regardless of what happens to the brand after 2026. If KALAFULL is still here in 2030, they're on it. If the 2026 World Cup turns out to be the only canvas we ever had, they're still on it.
They get beta access to future product drops before those drops go public. This means first look at new fixture options, new colourways, new shirt concepts for future tournaments or domestic football. No waitlist, no lottery — Founding 200 members see it first and get a purchase window before it opens to general access.
They get a lifetime discount on future orders. The rate is fixed at the moment of their first purchase and applies to every subsequent KALAFULL order. This is not a loyalty scheme with points and expiry dates. It's a permanent arrangement with the people who backed us first.
They get direct founder dialogue. That means access to a channel — currently a dedicated group thread — where product decisions, colourway discussions, and design iterations are shared before they're finalised. We ask for opinions. We take them seriously. Founding 200 input has already shaped decisions on the shirt hierarchy and the colourway naming. That's not a line we'd put here if it weren't true.
